The delivery time may differ from the average standard figures mentioned in services description. If delivery of your order fails, funds will automatically return to your account balance, but they may not be refundable if user entered false link or made changes to the content during order delivery.
We offer our best estimation for the orders completion time, though this is just an estimation and AlphaSmm will not refund orders in processing if you feel they are taking too long to complete, and the order statistics may be updated upon the order completion.

Private accounts do not qualify for refund! Please, ensure that your account and its statistics are public and that you enter a valid URL in the order form.
Refund Policy
Note, that after a payment transaction has been completed usually there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance to order services provided by AlphaSmm.
You agree that once you complete your payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us, we reserve the right to terminate your running orders and discontinue your access to our services.
Orders placed at AlphaSmm will not be refunded or canceled if they are in processing, progress or completed. In case your order is not deliverable the funds will return to your AlphaSmm balance.
Misplaced or private account orders are not qualified for refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to deactivation of your account, with no exceptions.
Please, avoid using more than one service for the same link at a time, as it will delay the refill and we cannot guarantee full delivery in such a case.
